Most construction logistics plans get drawn once, during preconstruction, then rarely get touched again even as the site itself changes every few weeks. Start With Constraints, Not Layout

Posting current phase plans in the site trailer, the gate shack, and at toolbox talks keeps the plan in front of the people making daily decisions about where to park, stage, and move material.
